From time to time there are issues with pool surfaces that need to be identified by an expert in the trade. The NPC would like to help you with these issues however, we need the appropriate information to give us the best possible definition of the variables that surrounds your pool surface.
It is possible to have a designed Technical Advisor of the NPC look at your pool either through photography you provide or a possible personal visit to your pool. BE ADVISED, a personal visit is not always possible AND there is a fee involved to cover their expenses. Also understand that the fee to look at your pool will be more expensive if the pool surface was not installed by an NPC member.
