CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing by December 14, 2015 will qualify for a refund of 80%; cancellations received in writing by January 18, 2016 will qualify for a refund of 40%; no refunds will be given after January 18, due to Conference contractual service arrangements.
